Rostom Dadian

Rostom Dadian is a Policy Associate at RespectAbility, a nonprofit organization that fights stigmas and advances opportunities for people with disabilities. Rostom has a quarter-decade of experience in policy analysis and advocacy and is passionate about developing and implementing policies that enhance the lives of people with disabilities. 

In his current role, Dadian is responsible for developing and analyzing policy proposals, conducting research on policy issues, writing policy briefs, reports, and other communications, advocating for policies with government officials, the media, and other stakeholders, tracking and responding to legislation and regulations, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. 

Rostom is passionate about local politics and has been involved in one form or another for the past decade. He enjoys traveling with his partner and their puppy in his free time, reading, playing the guitar, and discussing personal finance.
