Rocio Duran

Rocío Durán is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive coach, inventor, and a multicultural connector. As a bilingual Community Psychologist, she is deeply driven by her passion for fostering connections between cultures and catalyzing transformative change in both individual lives and corporate environments.

Recognizing the imperative of building bridges between communities and promoting their interconnection, Rocío is dedicated to creating lasting impact. With over two decades of experience, she brings a wealth of expertise to her roles. Holding a Master's Degree in Community Psychology, Rocío's involvement in community development spans both her native Colombia and the United States.

In Colombia, her contributions encompass significant national projects such as collaborations with the Department of National Education (MEN) and the Ministry of Technologies of Information and Communications (MINTIC). At the state level, Rocío spearheaded the Worlds for Children Project, elevating educational conditions and services for over 40,000 infants to 4-year-olds in Bogotá city.

Her commitment to advancing women's empowerment is palpable through her engagement with initiatives like the Week of Women in Colorado, a collaboration with the Women's Foundation and CBS4. As the co-founder of Latina Leaders and Entrepreneurs, she orchestrates an annual event that empowers Latino women. Her initiative, Latina Entrepreneurs, is a pivotal force in training and nurturing the next generation of Latino women entrepreneurs in Colorado.

Furthermore, Rocío champions minority business owners as the founder of Latino Entrepreneurs, a robust support network. Her role as an executive coach extends to collaborations with the Institute for UnLearning and The Huma Blue Print, driving change within large corporations without resistance. Her contributions have resonated within the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Leadership Training and the Latino Leadership Institute's 9th Cohort.

Rocío's visionary approach extends to her founding of E-4All, a marketing company with a profound social mission. Through every endeavor, she remains a resolute force dedicated to shaping inclusive communities, empowered individuals, and thriving enterprises.
