The Village Ltd. Announces the Appointment of Melonie Boone, PhD, MBA, MJ as Secretary to the Board of Directors New board member brings a deep understanding of the psychology of organizational leadership and corporate DEI programming to the Board of Directors.

Denver, Colorado. The Village Ltd. announced today the new appointment of Melonie Boone, PhD, MBA, MJ as Secretary to the Board of Directors.

With over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, Dr. Boone is well respected in her field. She is currently a Partner at RHR International, which uses behavioral science to advise c-suite executives and board members on how to achieve their organizational goals and culture/change management objectives. Dr. Boone received her PhD in Organization Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and her Master's of Jurisprudence from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Dr. Boone stated, "Serving on the board of The Village Ltd. has me super excited about all the amazing possibilities. Together we can do great things and I am honored to have the opportunity to be a part of such a fundamental and needed shift in the way we look at DEI programming,"
