The Village Ltd. Announces the Appointment of Phil Reed as Treasurer to the Board of Directors New board member brings a deep understanding of nonprofit financial reporting and corporate DEI programming to the Board of Directors.

Denver, Colorado. The Village Ltd. announced today the new appointment of Phil Reed as Treasurer to the Board of Directors.

Throughout his 17 years as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Colorado Access (a 501(c)4), Phil has contributed greatly to the organization's growth and ability to provide quality primary care for Colorado's medically underserved.

Phil is a Colorado State University graduate and former Certified Public Accountant.

In her remarks, Annmarie Maynard, CEO and President, said, "Phil and I have known each other for a very long time and I greatly admire his financial acumen. I am glad that he has decided to join our team, as I look forward to partnering with him on financial strategy for our organization."
