New board members CJ Rodriguez, Dr. Nicole Pearson and Laura Thompson, JD have deep experience in a multiple of executive disciplines. Rodriguez, new Board, Chair, has worked as an executive in a number of different industries building scalable HR and organizational development growth strategies over the past 15 years. Dr. Pearson, new Board, Vice-Chair, is a licensed Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) who has been working in the child development field for more than 13 years. Thompson, new Board Secretary/Treasurer, is a seasoned attorney who has worked in both the for profit and nonprofit sectors championing a number of diversity equity and inclusion causes for the over 12 years.
